1. Initiate a Return

•  Contact our support team at support@lettex.in or through our website https://lettex.in within the return period.

 Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

2. Approval & Shipping

 Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

 You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Inspection & Refund/Exchange

• After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it within 2 business days.

 If approved, you can choose a refund, exchange, or store credit.


4. Refund Policy

• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after approval.

•  Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., opened items, minor damages due to customer mishandling).

 Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect products.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

 Contact us at support@lettex.in within 7 days with photos of the issue.

•We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. 


6. Order Cancellations

 Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned following the standard return policy.


7. Exchange Policy

• You can request an exchange for a different size, color, or product variation.

•  Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
